Exchange Policy
As we operate with a dropshipping model, local stock for direct exchanges may not always be available. However, we strive to ensure your satisfaction:
- Exchanges for defective products: a replacement will be sent at no additional cost after receipt of photos and details of the issue.
- Exchanges for customer preference (colour, size, model): the customer must bear the costs of return and resend.
- Out of stock items: if the requested replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued or an alternative product will be suggested.
- Stock availability: products are sourced on-demand from our international suppliers. In rare cases, if a product becomes unavailable during processing, we will contact you within 48 hours to offer an alternative product or provide a full refund.
Note: small variations in colour or size may occur due to manufacturing differences or screen display and are not considered defects.
🔹 Example: If you purchase a blue cushion cover and the zip is defective, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
