Exchange Policy

Because we operate under a dropshipping model, local stock for direct exchanges may not always be available. Still, we strive to ensure your satisfaction:

  • Exchanges for defective products: a replacement will be sent at no extra cost upon receipt of photos and details of the issue.

  • Exchanges due to customer preference (color, size, model): the customer must cover return and reshipping costs.

  • Out-of-stock items: if the requested replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

  • Note: minor variations in color or size may occur due to manufacturing differences or screen display and are not considered defects.

🔹 Example: If you purchase a blue cushion cover and the zipper is faulty, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
