Shipping Policy

At VendeSee, we work with both international and local suppliers under a dropshipping model. Therefore, delivery times may vary depending on the product’s origin.

• Delivery times: usually between 10 to 30 business days, depending on destination, logistics, and customs clearance. Delays may occur due to external factors (strikes, customs inspections, weather events, etc.).

• Tracking: all orders include a tracking code, which will be sent by email within up to 5 business days after purchase.

• Free shipping: available for orders above a minimum purchase amount, when applicable.

• Customs duties & taxes: in rare cases, import taxes or customs duties may apply. The customer is responsible for such costs, but we will provide support and guidance if this occurs.

🔹 Example: An imported lamp may take up to 25 business days to arrive, while a locally stocked item could be delivered within 7 business days.
