Shipping Policy
At VendeSee, we source products from local and international suppliers through a dropshipping model. Therefore, delivery times may vary depending on the product origin, logistics and customs clearance.
Delivery timeframe: typically 15-35 working days from order confirmation, comprising 2-5 working days for order processing and 13-30 working days for international shipping from our suppliers. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched. Delays may occur due to external factors (strikes, customs inspections, weather events, etc.).
Free shipping: available for specific regions within the UK, which are evaluated and confirmed at checkout. For areas outside our free shipping zones, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.
Import duties and customs fees: following Brexit, import duties and VAT may apply to orders from the EU and other regions. Please note:
- For orders under £150: duties may be avoided
- For orders over £150: duties and VAT (20%) will be charged at delivery
- Customers are responsible for these costs, but we will provide full support and guidance
- Your courier will contact you before delivery regarding any charges
Delays: if your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe by more than 10 working days, we will contact you with an update. If delivery is not received within 45 days, we will investigate with our suppliers and offer a refund or reshipment at no cost.
