Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund.


  • Request timeframe: within 14 calendar days of receiving the product (in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

  • Conditions: the item must be unused, in its original packaging and include all accessories.

  • Refunds: processed by the same payment method used for the order, within 10 working days of receipt and inspection of the product.

  • Defective items: if the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

  • Returns for change of mind: the return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the product type and applicable legislation. Due to international shipping costs (typically £25-50 to return items to our suppliers), we recommend Special Delivery Guaranteed (Royal Mail) for tracking.
