Refunds: processed via the same payment method used for the order, within up to 10 business days after the product is received and inspected.

Defective items: if the product is defective, we will cover return costs and provide either a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Change of mind returns: return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the product type and applicable legislation.
