Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund.

• Request deadline: within 7 calendar days after receiving the product (in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

• Conditions: the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

• Refunds: processed via the same payment method used for the order, within up to 10 business days after the product is received and inspected.

• Defective items: if the product is defective, we will cover return costs and provide either a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

• Change of mind returns: return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the product type and applicable legislation.
